THE NUMB SPOT are not liable to refund or replace products that have not worked due to misapplication, changes in diet, lidocaine immunity, medications or drug use, alcohol or milk consumption or excessive use of numbing agents. Refunds or replacements are at the sellers discretion.

THE NUMB SPOT are not responsible for adverse reactions or side effects using this cream. Especially but not limited to adverse reactions due to alcohol or drug/medication consumption, misapplication, changes in diet, personal skin issues or issues with the ink/tattoo or aesthetics method of the artist/practitioner. A patch test MUST be done within 24 hours prior to using this product each time it is used. Topical numbing agents always come with a small risk and this risk is the responsibility of the customer.

Customers requesting International Shipping will be held liable for any customs fees or the cost of any import rejections/destruction of packages due to the relevant countries import laws. Customers should be responsible for knowing the laws in their own country.
